Do you see more in numbers than others do? Water, electricity or chemical consumption and other operational cost items. Some people see costs. You see opportunities for savings. Some people see operations. You see where money is unnecessarily leaking.
The question is not: Can you prepare a report?
The question is: “Can you use data to identify weak points, increase efficiency and bring real savings, meaning protect company money?” If yes, we would be happy to meet you.
At WELL PACK, we are not looking for someone who will only report numbers. We are looking for someone who can find the root cause of a problem, propose a solution and drive change. A person with natural assertiveness, a healthy level of mental resilience and the ability to lead meaningful discussions about performance and costs. At the same time, someone who also has empathy and the ability to get colleagues on board for a common goal.
You will think about where unnecessary costs arise, where waste occurs, set targets, monitor key indicators and work together with depot managers to find ways to increase efficiency. If you are also familiar with cash flow and understand the impact of operational decisions on company finances, this is a big plus for us.
The work is mainly remote and includes regular travel directly to our operations across the EU, so that you can see the reality behind the numbers.
