For a new project starting in January 2027 in the Copenhagen area, we are looking for an experienced Operations Team Leader who wants to be part of building the operation from the very beginning. 📦 We are not looking for someone who only manages from the office. This is a hands-on leadership role. Especially during the start-up phase, you will be out in the field, travelling to customer sites and helping the team with installations. You will lead the team, organise the daily operation, communicate with customers and make sure the work gets done properly, efficiently and on time.

💪 We need someone who can lead – but is not afraid to do the work themselves. Someone with common sense, resilience, an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take responsibility when things get busy.

 

What matters in this role:

✔ Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, installation or a similar operational environment

✔ Ability to lead a small team and organise daily work

✔ Comfortable travelling to customer sites and participating in installations

✔ Good communication and customer-facing skills

✔ Common sense, reliability and the ability to solve problems independently

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset – you see what needs to be done and you do it

✔ Fluent in Danish and communicative English

🔧 Especially at the beginning:

You will build the operation together with us from the ground up– helping with installations, setting up processes, supporting the team and gradually taking more responsibility for the day-to-day operation.

Over time, the role can grow with the project as the team and business expand.
