We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid of numbers or senior managers across EU depots – a technically oriented person with analytical thinking and fresh ideas. Someone who can take initiative and work independently in a remote setup.
If you enjoy finding patterns in data, setting up smarter and more efficient processes, and ensuring they are followed, this role is made for you. Common sense and entrepreneurial mindset are essential – without them, you won’t succeed or feel comfortable in our company.
Job Responsibilities

Set, adjust, and monitor goals and targets in the area of operational controlling

Collect and analyze data to ensure maximum operational efficiency

Monitor key parameters such as electricity, water, chemical, or fuel consumption

Define operational standards based on machine technical data

Cooperate with Depot Managers, address deviations, and identify ways to optimize performance
Requirements

Proven experience in production or operational controlling

Advanced Excel skills – Power BI is an advantage

Advanced level of English
