FTL & LTL FREIGHT SERVICES ACROSS EUROPE
Every day the company transports FTL (full truck load) and LTL (less than truck-load). We carry printing materials (paper rolls, paper on pallets, magazines), packaging materials (pallets, plastic boxes), common consumer goods (construction materials, household cleaning goods, chemical products), and more. WELL PACK provides additional services such as collection, storage, and distribution, and we can deliver goods to the destination point directly, or via a transit point.
Our services include express transportation between the Czech Republic and biggest cities in neighboring countries, collection and transportation of biological materials to neighbouring countries, and express delivery of consignments weighing up to 50 kg.
We also provide a range of transport containers designed to accommodate goods of different sizes and handling requirements.

Depending on the location, our teams communicate in the local language and can also provide support in English, Slovak, Romanian, Croatian and Turkish.

WELL PACK’S VEHICLE FLEET
Road transport relies on operational flexibility and the ability to serve a wide range of destinations. WELL PACK operates a fleet that includes different vehicle types and payload capacities, enabling us to support a variety of transportation requirements.
Our fleet includes:
- Trucks & trailers (standard, MEGA, box -13.6 m, max. payload 24 tons)
- Small trucks with tail lift (max. payload 3-6 tons)
- Vans (max. payload 1.3 tons)
Today, we pay particular attention to food transportation and a range of trailer types to support different transport requirements.
Our team is highly experienced, delivering over 1000 shipments monthly. We provide shipment tracking from dispatch to final delivery, providing visibility throughout the transportation process.
Clients in Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland can typically expect their goods within 48 hours. In the Czech Republic the customers very often require delivery within 24 hours within the country and it becomes a standard. The expedited shipment is possible, and, in cases where there is capacity, your order will be picked up same day.
Our transport volumes help us offer competitive pricing across a range of logistics services. Affordable shipping is especially attractive for smaller businesses as it ensures access to wider client segments via 3PL logistics, also known as contract logistics.
CONTRACT LOGISTICS
Contract logistics combines warehousing, transportation, distribution and related supply chain activities within a single operational framework. It goes beyond the physical movement of goods by integrating logistics processes with broader supply chain management activities.
WELL PACK also provides 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) services, supporting the coordination and management of multiple supply chain functions. Depending on customer requirements, these services may include inbound logistics, warehousing, transportation, distribution to points of sale and reverse logistics.
REVERSE LOGISTICS AND RETURNS MANAGEMENT
Reverse logistics covers the movement of goods from the end user back to the retailer, distributor or manufacturer. The process typically includes product returns from e-commerce and retail operations. Return rates are generally higher in e-commerce than in traditional retail. Industry sources often estimate return rates at 8-10% for brick-and-mortar retail and 20-30% for e-commerce, depending on the product category and market.
WELL PACK supports retailers and e-commerce businesses with returns management services, warehousing and the handling of returned goods across the reverse logistics process.
FIRST STEPS WITH HVO FUEL
Since April 2025, we have purchased 44,000 litres of certified HVO fuel, with 2 trucks currently operating on select routes. While economic conditions pause further HVO expansion for now, we continue evaluating other alternative fuels and technologies.
