Business Development Manager – Logistics & Transportation

Well Pack is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven background in sales within the transportation and freight forwarding sector.

We are not looking for a traditional “salesperson.” We are looking for a business professional who understands the market, knows how logistics operations work, has an existing industry network, and can identify real business opportunities.

What we expect

  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Strong network and market knowledge in transportation / freight forwarding
  • Ability to understand operations, business models, and customer needs
  • Experience in domestic transport market development is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of supply chain, food industry, and automotive sectors
  • Ability to work closely with management and operational teams (dispatchers / transport coordinators)
  • Hands-on, result-oriented mindset with daily focus on market development and customer acquisition

Your focus

 

Your main priority will be identifying and developing domestic transportation opportunities while also representing Well Pack’s broader international logistics service portfolio.

You will be expected to understand how our operation works, what type of customers we target, and how to create long-term business opportunities based on real operational value.
