What you will do:
- Manage and coordinate all operational activities of the Location
- Cooperate with all colleagues, subordinates, technical managers and technicians withing the company
- Manage HR processes to assure smooth run of the operational unit and availability of resources
- Manage communications with the customers in the limits of own responsibility
- Assure efficiency, reaching productivity targets, utilization of equipment
- Manage technical issues connected with the equipment in the operational center
- Be ready to manage the operation 24/7
- Dedicated, hard-working person
- Excellent technical ability
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability to new technologies and processes
- Min. 5 years’ Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a similar position
- Foreign Language – English is a must
