What you will do:

• Manage and coordinate all operational activities of the Location 
• Cooperate with all colleagues, subordinates, technical managers and technicians withing the company
• Manage HR processes to assure smooth run of the operational unit and availability of resources
• Manage communications with the customers in the limits of own responsibility
• Assure efficiency, reaching productivity targets, utilization of equipment
• Manage technical issues connected with the equipment in the operational center
• Be ready to manage the operation 24/7

Required skills:

• Dedicated, hard-working person
• Excellent technical ability 
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adaptability to new technologies and processes
• Min. 5 years’ Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a similar position
• Foreign Language – English is a must
• Time flexibility, diplomacy skills, and stress management
